Pop-Up Workshop – Dances to a Beat
Dances to a Beat (DTB) is a technique for composing instant choreography based on improvisation, repetition and rhythm. DTB develops many fundamental dancing skills, including movement precision, articulate musicality, versatile expression and creativity. The technique forces its practitioners to be present in the moment, avoid judging themselves and to trust intuitively in the information that is built inherently in their body. Practicing DTB helps to understand and appreciate every individual’s uniqueness and to see oneself as a part of a bigger picture.
$25.00 and $20.00 if yo bring a friend.
